Conference Facilities

The conference suite at the City Learning Centre has been designed to be versatile and can be arranged in a variety of different ways. This enables us to offer comprehensive conferencing facilities that can be set up to suit the individual needs of the client.
The suite comprises of two main rooms, the conference room and a smaller meeting room separated by a removable screen in order to accomodate larger groups.

The Conference Room

A large air conditioned room capable of accommodating up to 100 people.

  • Fully equipped display unit incorporating Video and DVD
  • Separate Activ board
  • Double display boards.
  • Ceiling mounted microphones
  • Extra display screens
  • Wireless access point for Internet access

The Meeting Room

A smaller room, also air conditioned, designed to accommodate groups of up to 15 people
